I was totally dissatisfied with the property, and discomfort with the property I faced, should be a rating of 1 or less. I discourage visiting, its inside the residential area, and better hotels are available on highway agra-Mumbai road, in Dewas. Very poor hospitality, including initially allocated worst room without latch from inside. No water in the bathroom, and no support from the housekeeping staff. very poor check-in and booking experience, no communication confirmation, and a lack of courteous services. Worst experience in my travel across the globe, in the last 20 years. During check-out, The property staff was harsh not to do check-out/ leave till I paid them immediately at check-out in spite of paying to the travel portal. They asked me to ask for a refund from the travel portal.

Neat clean and well maintained with excellent service and delicious food. Ample parking space, peaceful ambience Cost effective, suggest you to book online for best deal. Have stayed here twice , only hotel in Dewas for a fun filled and tension free stay

The stay was very pleasant. Staff was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was good and had variety. Hotel is very conviniently located. Station is very near. Loved my stay there. Everyone in the family was happy.

Shri Khetapati hotel is the best hotel at Dewas.Hotel is having good facility and environment for peaceful stay. Overall service is very good.Rooms are all having all the required facilities. This is one of the good hotel providing high quality service with reasonable charges. Only thing is , there is need of further improvement in food quality.As most of the peoples are staying long time in this hotel, there is need of some what better good quality food which will not give adverse effect to the health. Service peoples are very polite and gives good quality service.
